Sincere Watch Limited, 'The Watch Specialist', will be organizing the biggest watch exhibition titled "The Conquest of Time", spanning over five-days from 22-26 November 2006.
Held at the Hall 2 of the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center covering a staggering 25,000 square feet, "The Conquest of Time" is the first and largest watch event of its kind to make its presence in Malaysia. This will also be the first time that many of the watch models are making their debut in Malaysia. So the public can certainly look forward to an exhibition of spectacular timepieces and interactive activities related to the world of watchmaking.
With the aim of engaging and educating the public on the world of high watchmaking through an informative thematic concept, "The Conquest of Time" exhibition will incorporate the grand visual display of the world of timepieces through the Series: Active, Technics and Luxe. Within these worlds, visitors will also be able to view the latest collections unveiled at the annual watch fairs in Switzerland, an astounding collection of iconic and limited edition watches from the 23 brands participating in the exhibition.
Visitors will be able to gain first-hand insight and knowledge on the world of horology with a creative education program that is specially incorporated within the exhibition. Budding watch enthusiasts will embark on a horological journey through a series of programs such as learning centers, live-watch assembling demonstrations, guided watch tours, workshops and talks.

Launched in 2003, the Watch Specialist series - pioneered by Sincere - was a highly innovative method of classification of timepieces to cater to the growing sophistication of watch retailing and customer's needs. More than just an exhibition of timepieces, the "Conquest of Time" exhibition is filled with highly informative and interactive experiences.
Designed to fulfill the position of its much-purported tagline, "The Watch Specialist", the Sincere Watch Academy is a learning center built within the "Conquest of Time" exhibition with the purpose of educating consumers and nuture budding watch enthusiasts in being more knowledgeable about the art of fine watchmaking.

The Watchmaker's Atelier by Girard_Perregaux.
The Watchmaker's Atelier by Girard-Perregaux: An exciting concept where a part of the Swiss watch making experience is recreated. The 1500 square feet learning center hosted by Girard-Perregaux will showcase the four key complications – the Chronograph, Minute Repeater, Perpetual Calendar and Tourbillon – in technical timepieces and the intricate mechanisms behind each complication. Learn the history behind the complication as well as a step-by-step illustration of the making of the particular complication through live and interactive displays.
Visitors will be able to view master watchmakers at work with guided tours and talks by Mr Willy Schweizer, the curator of Girard-Perregaux Museum to further enrich the public's learning experience.
Watch Talks: In a classroom setting, visitors will be able to start their journey of discovery with introductory modules that include an overview of timekeeping. Budding watch collectors can learn more on the investment value of watches from speakers from Christie's Auction House or gain insights to the world of horology as renowned watch journalists and collectors share their experiences and views on the world of horology.
Master Class- A Comprehensive Watch Workshop: Alongside with the display of exceptional timepieces, the Manufacture Jaeger-leCoultre has also devised a unique programme called the "Master Class" which is a watch-making class conceptualised by the Manufacture for watch collectors and enthusiasts to learn all about watch-making. A private lesson for 8 a time, visitors will learn to assemble and disassemble a watch culminating in graduation with certification from the Manufacture. The class will be conducted by watch maker from the Manufacture Jaeger-leCoultre.
Watch Appraisal: Visitors can also bring along their Patek Phillipe's watches and have them appraised by experts from Christie's Auction house.
Live Demonstrations: At the exciting world of Series: Active, witness the watch accuracy testing by Brietling. Witness how a chronometer-certified movement is determined according to the rigorous standards of the COSC ("Contrôle Officiel Suisse des Chronomètres") and let the testing equipment from Breitling reveal the performance readings that translate into accuracy results.
At the Series: Technics arena, visitors will be able to observe master watchmakers at work from A. Lange & Söhne as they perfect their movement engraving and watch assembling skills.
